Sreedevika the heroine of Ramakrishna has joined the non glam heroine club. She is currently acting with Ramana in Andha Naal Nyabagam and Anbe Vaa directed by Selva Bharathy. She states that in her first film she was a village belle and so she will not do any glamorous role because she wants to maintain her `imageÂ. She joins the club of Sneha and Gopika. Yet another new entrant to this club is Mallika. She acted in Autograph and Maha Nadigan. She came into prominence with the sister role in Thirupachi. Now she has signed two feature films and a short film directed by Manobala. The Manobala film titled Eppo Varuvano has Mallika in a key role. She hopes to bag a national award. Recently she was given a social worker role in a Telugu film but she turned it down saying that Telugu means glamour.
